A regeneration scheme delivering 14 new apartments overlooking the Themes Estuary. For this project we provided detailed landscape designs and project monitoring services. Landscape elements included podium deck gardens, private terrace and green roof, and a street frontage with bespoke design to provide integrated underground parking area venting. A series of both public and private spaces, created with modern design styling employing high quality contemporary materials.
Reserved Matters and Condition Discharge approvals gained and development constructed in 2014/15.
