Affordable housing regeneration scheme for 28 sheltered residential units in Colchester. This scheme involved both client and resident consultation for proposed external alterations and enhancements. The landscape proposals needed to work in the context of some retained elements of the site whilst introducing new elements for improved resident amenity.
