This project involves proposals for a covered football training facility. A planning application had stalled as the Local Authority were concerned about potential landscape impacts including nighttime effects from the illumination of the canopy structure. Nigel Cowlin Ltd provided Landscape and Visual Appraisal reporting addressing this matter, together with landscape mitigation/enhancement proposals for the wider site.
