Commissioned as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver all public realm design, at planning application stage, for this high quality development set within a sensitive Conservation Area. This included holistic design of the streets as communal 'shared spaces' as well as designs for a village green style open space featured at the front of the site, and indication of on-plot landscape treatment. Our work started with initial feasibility sketches and input to layout. We were then involved with presentation at Design Review Panel and prepared final presentation design drawings.
