Ferriers Barn
Accessible raised garden for a craft centre charity for adults with disabilities. A 'pro bono' project where Nigel Cowlin Ltd produced designs and specification for the garden and assisted with contractor selection and construction oversight. The garden features raised beds with special wheelchair accessible bays in a fenced area with safety surfacing. The facility is placed within the immediate gardens of the main building for ease of access and so it is always in view.
The new garden area was completed and opened in 2016. It has featured in the Bures Open Gardens event and is a very popular facility for the centre.
