For the planning application Nigel Cowlin Ltd provided Landscape and Visual Appraisal reporting as well as landscape strategy proposals. The landscape strategy proposals were designed to demonstrate the ability of the site to accommodate the new dwelling and provide an appropriate context and setting for a dwelling of this nature. The landscape scheme needed to present proposals for the setting and landscape design to a matching exceptional quality and Georgian style.
