Framlingham Road

Layout design for outline planning application. Development was for around 50 dwellings in an edge of village location. The site was just over 4 Ha with 2.5 Ha developed and the remaining land presented as parkland open space with a surface water attenuation basin formed as a pond feature. The zoning of the development and treatment of the open spaces help to mitigate any harmful effects on the character and appearance of the setting. The scheme also provided an additional parking area for the adjacent primary school.

The scheme has Local Authority planning officer support and is pending consideration at committee.
