Commissioned as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver a high-quality public realm and communal roof gardens for this key development alongside Depford Creek. The public realm includes a range of communal open spaces that tie in with a predominantly commercial ground floor. Nigel Cowlin Ltd provided early sketch design work and presentation at DRP, Pre-App and then final proposals in support of a planning application. The proposals provide a stripped back, multi-functional landscape providing a flexible high quality space that meets the Local Authorities, as well as the client's, high aspirations.
