St Edmunds Way

Landscape and Visual Appraisal advisory work informing the site selection and the extent and arrangement of a proposed development prior to making a planning application. Ultimately
a scheme for 30 new dwellings was proposed on the edge of this historic market town. During the application process we subsequently provided 'photowire' and 'photomontage' visual representation of the development to demonstrate its relationship with a nearby Grade II Listed windmill. These visualisations included representation of the proposed development as well as a permitted earlier phase, where construction had just started. All visualisations were produced in accordance with Landscape Institute Technical Guidance Note 06/19.
