This work acknowledged that landscape and visual harms would in general not be overly problematic, but it highlighted some potential improvements. This led to negotiations for repositioning of the proposed temporary works compound to avoid unnecessary hedgerow loss, a greater set back in the closest roadside area of the solar farm, and for associated enhancements in the proposed landscape mitigation scheme.
